I suppose that I’ll give a full account of what life is like here. :) Firstly, the weather: It’s pretty cold down here, sometimes reaching 9 degree Celsius, which is much colder than Singapore. It’s especially cold at night, so I need to cover myself up with many thick blankets, one on top of another. Appearance: it’s basically what you would expect in a Caucasian city. Penthouses, bungalows, townhouses. It’s not like typical Asian cities where you have those sky-high buildings and apartments. Instead, you can see those serene streets which hardly have people walking on them. Lifestyle: After reading the description above, I’m sure you have a basic idea of what my lifestyle is like and is going to be like. We usually wake up at seven in the morning. I’m sleeping at 8pm each night which is pretty ridiculous but not so if you know that the Sun sets at latest 5pm, earliest 4pm here in Brisbane.
